What did you enjoy most about the course?
It was very inspiring. Great experienced tutors with a deep knowledge to share. The course gives you the tools to take real action on the design and construction stages to achieve energy performing buildings.
What is the most useful thing you have learned?
The overall design approach was the main lesson as applicable on all projects. But in addition to learn about the building services was very helpful as now I have the knowledge of their requirements such as heat recovery.
How has this course benefited you?
My design approach for all future projects will be based on Passivhaus principles and hopefully being able to accredit them as Passivhaus buildings. But also I am looking at career progression on this specific topic.
Do you have any tips for future participants?
Be ready to be inspired but make sure to allow yourself time as there is a lot to take on board. Time to study and digest information is essential.
