Our training is aimed at professionals in the construction industry and you will need a working knowledge of construction systems and design, an ability to read plans, and a basic understanding of maths and Microsoft Excel.

Yes, you must have your own individual copy of the PHPP software, required to register for the Certified Passivhaus Designer exam. This is not included in the course fees and can be purchased directly from the AECB.
Yes, all 3 session are compulsory to complete the course.

Yes, our courses are online although please check if the session times work for you (we work to GMT). For printed course manuals you will incur an additional fee for overseas postage.

No. The exam is optional.
Our course is supported by EBS, suppliers of Passivhaus-approved tapes and membranes. EBS send a complimentary insulation tape sample pack to each of our Certified Tradesperson and Designer course participants so that you can familiarise yourself with typical materials and their properties.
