Piers is Director at specialist Passivhaus consultancy, Delta Q. Having started work on one-off new build and retrofit energy efficiency projects, his focus has moved to larger schemes, including Passivhaus consultant on several hundred social housing units across the south of England, encompassing low to high-rise, and several schools, including a CLT secondary school and retrofit of a SEND school to meet the EnerPHit standard.

Piers enjoys grappling with the technical challenges that arise as the Passivhaus Standard is applied to larger and more complex buildings, but his current focus is on developing the management systems to help contractors de-risk Passivhaus construction.
