Gwilym is Passivhaus Lead at Max Fordham LLP and works as both a Passivhaus designer, Passivhaus certifier, and MEP consultant. He has experience across a range of sectors and project sizes, from concept, through detail design and delivery, to completion and post-occupancy evaluation. He's worked on both new-build and retrofit schemes.

His Passivhaus projects include student accommodation buildings for King's College in Cambridge, Agar Grove, a leading multi-residential scheme in London, Entopia, an office EnerPHit project, and Two Rivers, a Passivhaus Plus primary school. He's enthusiastic about Passivhaus as a key element in designing and delivering the built environment for the climate emergency.
