Gwilym is Passivhaus Lead at Max Fordham LLP and works as both a Passivhaus designer and MEP consultant. He has experience across a range of sectors and project sizes, from concept to completion and post-occupancy evaluation.

His Passivhaus projects include student accommodation buildings for King's College in Cambridge, and Agar Grove, a leading multi-residential scheme in London. He's enthusiastic about Passivhaus as a key element in designing and delivering the built environment for the climate emergency.
