Ann-Marie is Associate Director at Architype and a certified Passivhaus designer since 2009. She was involved in quality and technical design reviews for the UK's largest Passivhaus secondary school, Harris Academy Sutton, the UK's first Passivhaus Plus school, Hackbridge Primary, the UK's first Passivhaus Plus office, Bicester Eco Business Centre and one of the largest Passivhaus residential developments, Agar Grove.

Ann-Marie also brings expertise in EnerPHit, the Passivhaus standard for retrofit having delivered the first EnerPHit project in Ireland in 2012.
