The course gave me the confidence to advocate for Passivhaus to be adopted; in house, and with clients and consultants.
How has this course benefited you?
I have overseen an industry-leading retrofit scheme for a Council’s estate which used the methodology and processes of EnerPHit to inform retrofit interventions and estate wide decarbonisation pathways. It has also enabled us to adopt Passivhaus for the design of our own bio-based self-build project in Herefordshire.
Do you have any tips for future participants?
Absolutely do it. Think of it as learning about building physics instead. Building physics occur in our projects whether you understand them or not . This course gives you Jedi levels of understanding.
