Engagement with all course members via Zoom, the discussions helped very much with the learning process
What is the most useful thing you have learned?
The construction detailing required for low energy (Passivhaus and Carbonlite) dwellings to enhance my knowledge in residential architecture and give me a niche in the industry I've longed searched for.
How has this course benefited you?
A couple of schemes I am currently working on in my day-to-day role are to low carbon designs and the sessions and lessons on thermal bridging, bypass and airtightness have been invaluable.
Do you have any tips for future participants?
Ensure before the course begins there is enough time allowed in your free time to review, research, revise and do homework as it was a steep learning curve for me.
